I admit I thought this season was lost...

But man this team just won't die, even though it should be on life support. Win or lose the rest of the way, you have to like the no quit attitude in the kids.

Like you, I thought this team was done a couple weeks ago. Gotta love the energy and never quit attitude of these young guys. They've realy lit a spark under the team. I hope they can keep this going until RJ and Curt return.

I was feeling pretty low about the season a few weeks ago, too. But watching these young players pick up the slack and not back down is awesome.

It's going to be an interesting season.

Whether the D'backs get within breathing distance of the NL West title is insignificant when the "kids" are playing great baseball.... but of course, if they continue to play the same brand of baseball they've displayed the past two weeks, getting into contention is a natural process.

I'm just enjoying watching them give it their all, knowing that the long term future of the D'backs is certainly very bright!
