Consensus on top 10 players available at #31.

Let us try to find a consensus on the top 10 players who could be available at 31.

A couple of days before the draft someone could setup a v-bookie based on who we collectively think will be available at the end of the first round.

I will go first:

  1. Connor Barwin (DE/LB)
  2. Larry English (DE/LB)
  3. Clay Matthews (OLB)
  4. Clint Sintim (OLB)
  5. Leron McCoy (RB)
  6. Donald Brown (RB)
  7. Alex Mack (centre)
  8. Max Unger (centre)
  9. Eben Britton (OT)
  10. Louis Delmas (S)

(This is not designed to debate my selections. Simply list your own top 10)

I haven't paid nearly as much attention this year as in the past, but I think I'm ready to take a seat on the Larry English bus.

OMG we don't want this to be the first highjacked thread on ASFN! :D

So true, but - if we can all show a bit a discipline and pump out 10 likely candidates, we may have an interesting betting day at draft time.

I love Brace. He may end up being the best BC tackle in the draft. If AZ continues to draft guys a year before they loose a player they may take a shot at him to replace Watson.

As said... this is not a debate thread. Simply list 10 players you think will be available at 31.

Sir, yes Sir! Per your orders, Sir: My list of 10 players who will be available at #31, Sir. To ensure no unacceptable screw-up I have erred on the cautious side, Sir.

1. David Bruton, S, Notre Dame
2. Terrail Lambert, CB, Notre Dame
3. Maurice Crum, Jr., OLB, Notre Dame
4. Rudy Carpenter, QB, ASU
5. Paul Fanaika, OG, ASU
6. Troy Nolan, S, ASU
7. Morris Wooten, LB, ASU
8. Willie Tuitama, AB, Arizona
9. Jason Bondzio, K, Arizona
10. Eben Britton, OT, Arizona

It was a request, hardly an order, in the hope of having a solid v-bookie on draft day. Thanks for your input...

It was a joke, Canuck. It's spring. Time to thaw. Even in the frozen North. Seriously, in my case, I can't begin to give a sensible 10 but I'll give it a try later today.

1)Donald Brown
2)Larry English
3)James Laurinaitis
4)Connor Barwin
5)LeSean McCoy
6)Louis Delmas
7)Ron Brace
8)Darius Butler
9)Michael Johnson
10)Alex Mack

Would be happy with one of the top 4, content but not thrilled with 5, disappointed but not devastated with 6-8, and angry with 9 or 10.

I'd like to ask what # do you all put Pettigrew if he's not off the board at 31?

Certainly a BPA candidate, but every credible mock I've seen suggests that Pettigrew will be gone by then.

If by consensus he's considered a possibility at #31, then he'll be included in the final list.

It Depends (well, doesn't it always?)...

How can we develop a Top 10 when we don't know who's likely to be available at #31? (There are always at least one or two surprise guys likely to drop down to us).

That said: Here's my Top 10 based on a best guess as to who'll be drafted by the time we pick (#'s are their rankings on the BRS "Big Board"):

12. Clay Matthews
14. Eric Wood
15. Alex Mack
16. James Laurinaitis
17. Darius Butler
20. Ziggy Hood
24. Duke Robinson
25. Connor Barwin
27. Donald Brown
28. Derek Pegues
