Coyotes 09-10 Season Thread

looked like nashville was a coupe thousand short of what they have been pulling - probably due to the weather and it being nashville

i think as the season goes on they'll consistently get around 13,000 - which still isn't great and will probably be promotion driven as well - but with all the things going on with the team this year just isn't going to be a good one for attendance

moyes and co put the screws to the season ticket base last year and the uncertainty drifted into this season - it's going to be tough

Great weekend for the Coyotes. They beat the Rangers 3-2 last night and then travel to Dallas today and win 4-2.

I don't know if that is the case. I obviously don't think we're going after any big FA's like Kovy, but I think GMDM has some moves he can make. I'm guessing he'll wait until right before the deadline so we don't have to pay for anybody's 2 week Olympic vacation if a good deal does manage to come along. Fortunately the team is still winning and we really aren't desperate like the Flames and grasping for straws. I trust GMDM to not make any moves just to make a move, only deals that makes sense or stand pat and ride the horse that got you here.

Nice 5 game streak. I think the Coyotes will add some power at the trade deadline. Too many assets that could be moved. I'll bet on Mueller or Tikhonov.

That's a great quote. Something that everybody is thinking but nobody wants to say. I loved Gretzky as a player, but I have to admit that he was a bad coach and in over his head. The media will sidestep this as well.

Coyotes played very soft tonight. I was quite disappointed in their effort. Tough points to lose to a team outside looking in.

I was reading up on him and saw that him and Doan have almost the exact same stats. Thats an awesome move.
