The First time I saw Blair Witch, man that whole damn film was creepy!
Its an unusual choice but...
In the movie Identity, one of the first scenes where we see the convict (I'll withhold the spoilers but if you've seen the movie you know who I'm talking about) they show a closeup view of his face and one of his eyes twiches back and forth. Creeps me the hell out every time I see it especially on a big screen.
There's a scene in the Shinning where Jack sees a couple of people in a room wearing some kind of animal masks. For some reason that scene creeps me out.
Snakes don't bother me. My brother had them when I was growing up so I'm pretty comfortable around them. For me, it's spiders. I can't stand them. I couldn't stand to watch Arachnophobia. Or the scene in the second Harry Potter movie with the giant spiders. Even thinking about it sends a chill down my spine.I love Indiana Jones movies but HATE whenever there are snakes in the scene. Especially the one where the snakes are on the train. Eeek.

In the movie Sleepers when the security gaurds are umm... doing things to the kids. Very good movie just creepy content.
