Its an unusual choice but...

In the movie Identity, one of the first scenes where we see the convict (I'll withhold the spoilers but if you've seen the movie you know who I'm talking about) they show a closeup view of his face and one of his eyes twiches back and forth. Creeps me the hell out every time I see it especially on a big screen.

The First time I saw Blair Witch, man that whole damn film was creepy!

Blair Witch wasn't creepy or scary to me. The only thing it gave me was a headache.

Ohh! I forgot about that movie. I totally agree with you. In my opinion, that movie is just mind blowing.

I think creepy is a matter of context.

For a while I had a 3rd shift security job where I had to rove the heating cooling section of a factory (a mile long factory, for the record).

I was always suprised what movie scenes took on a second life when the only thing between me and a mile of darkness was a failing flashlight.

Being surrounded by all the pipes and wire reminded me of the Alien movies. The creature blends perfectly into its mechanized surroundings. You don't even notice it as you pass, but behind you, something shifts...

There's a scene in the Shinning where Jack sees a couple of people in a room wearing some kind of animal masks. For some reason that scene creeps me out.

I was thinking about the scene in The Shining where the old lady comes out out the tub naked...scary and disturbing...lol

i once saw a movie in HBO,
a guy was in his bed,
then all of a sudden,
he woke up choking,
a rat was inside his mouth and he puked it out and killed it with his shoe.

didn't know the title of the movie.
sorry.

I love Indiana Jones movies but HATE whenever there are snakes in the scene. Especially the one where the snakes are on the train. Eeek.
Snakes don't bother me. My brother had them when I was growing up so I'm pretty comfortable around them. For me, it's spiders. I can't stand them. I couldn't stand to watch Arachnophobia. Or the scene in the second Harry Potter movie with the giant spiders. Even thinking about it sends a chill down my spine.

You are just like my brother. There could be a huge snake in the house and it wouldn't phase him, however, let there be a tiny spider crawling across the floor and he's up on the kitchen table screaming for me to kill it. He gets all panicky and even starts to sweat when he sees a spider. And to think the boy survived being an infantryman in the Army but can't handle a spider.

In the movie Red Dawn, when the paratroopers float down outside the window of the high school. That creeped me out for a while.

I used to sleep facing the window in my room. I used to always "see" the paratroopers.

I actually moved my bed because of it.

OMG I was so uncomfortable watching that movie. Seriously one of the most disturbing movies ever made.
