Seems as though he has started his disappearing act for large stretches such as an entire game on the road when your team needs you.

After running his mouth all off season about how much happier he is and how he is free to attack and how rejuvenated he feels in this new D. Yet he goes out against a career 4 team journeyman OG Harvey Dahl and doesn't do jack squat the entire game.

Not one truly disruptive play the entire four quarters and a whopping one tackle.

Go on with yo bad self!

Trade him for draft picks. Why pay his huge salary for minimal production?

Its sad to say, but DD is on the downside of his career and certainly does Dissapear for lengthy stretches.

It seems whenever he publicly talks junk he doesn't deliver. I think its time for him to be quiet and let his play do the talking. This defense needs a tiger on the field, not at home.

Come on Shane don't pick on a captain & leader on this team ;)

Bigredrage, bankybruce & fish aren't gonna like us picking on DD, cause he leads by example. Lol

Trade him now.Somebody will want a overpriced non-productive lead by example guy.

I don't get the problem - he is still playing the defense of Horton's 3-4 and occupying lineman for the LB's :)

I find all the doom and gloom funny, I was actually happy with thew progress and looking forward to next week! Plenty of bad things happened but lots of good too. We almost won the damn game!

LT and pass rush sucked but maybe they will improve. At least we can score points and move the ball now vs taking a nap until the D comes back on the field.

Why would a team captain? Multiple PBer need time? Especially when he himself stated that with this new system it was perfectly suited for his skill and style of play?? Not to mention the journeyman level of talent at OG he was facing?

Yup, being past your prime means you cannot be a good leader. Too bad the best players are not always leaders and great leaders are not always the best players. I guess that means you should never be allowed to make a decision again based on your age and skill level at life.

How much gas milage are you getting these days?

The sad fact is that he may be past his prime on the downside of his career. Still not sure how being a leader on the team works into any of this?

they shouldn't against journeymen OL when their team needs them. Especially after running there mouths all off season?

If he was playing some all pro OG I might cut him some slack but he wasn't and had absolutely zero impact in yesterday's game.

Dockett hasn't really done to much on the field for the Cardinals since SB 43, especially considering how much coin he's making.

Go ahead & keep taking pot shots at me, cause every game this team plays proves you guys are wrong about Levi not sucking & DD being a leader that's still a decent player. Watch the games fellas.

We're all Cardinals fans & I just want the best players available playing in order to win, cause that's the common goal.

Btw I get plenty of mpg

I am pretty sure you make the age and skill reference yourself a few weeks ago. I would not take it apon myself to take a pot shot are your age unless you did first. ;) As for the size of your truck, that is fair game.

He sucks. I've been saying it for a while and got killed for it.

He's all talk... Off the field attention >>> On the field production

fix

For every good game DD has had, I'll show you 10 where he was invisible.
You DD lovers get caught up in his self generated hype, nothing more.

I dont get caught up in anything. DD has been a good player for us for ten years. Just like adub.

And I didnt see anything out of bell than adub couldnt do btw.

I still will give DD the time to prove it before I start hating on the guy.

DD was the least of our problems yesterday.

But either way, hate on him all you will. Im not clamoring for him and I dont think he had a good game but I do think he is a good player and will make some good plays this year.

DD was the least of our problems yesterday.

Bradford having all day to throw way a huge problem. Him being one of the highest paid DL in football and as hyped as he is is supposed to be part of that solution. Especially in his new "system" that supposedly showcases his skills and allows him to attack.
