IDK what else to say except that Rodney has never looked like a reliable closer to me, even when he has pitched well and I have been consistent with that opinion all year.
He doesn't have the stuff to be a closer IMO. Never was on the Rodney to the ASG bandwagon. He's not good enough and if we go into the playoffs with him as our closer it's going to take years off my life.

Never saw this team as capable of winning the division. LA has way too much superior talent. And we have too many critical flaws... We still may squeak into the post season, but if we don't I honestly wouldn't be surprised at all... disappointed for sure, but not surprised.

I agree about the Dodgers, but our flaws aren't critical. We still have one of the best SP rotations in the league and have great hitters in the lineup.
I still think this is a special team playing well in the wrong year. Get the wildcard and ruin someone's season.
