Does Drury have a back condition that keeps home from bending over to field a ball?

Base loaded and Drury strikes out for the third time! He wants to be a golfer with those last to pitches he swung at. What a waste of base runners.

I wounder if he's playing hurt?

It sucks not being in Arizona. I got MLB extra innings but I have to listen to the road announcers some times. These guys sucked.

Are you able to get fox sports Arizona? I watch it on dish and the app.

Tough loss, but listen, I'm really happy with how these guys look in this series. The Nationals are probably the greatest regular season team in history, (hehe roasted, self high-five!) and we're totally holding our own.

Just saying; these guys are tough to beat in their ballpark and we look like we can stand toe to toe with them. The proverbial other shoe doesn't seem to be dropping with this team yet. Maybe they just are this good?

This is the team we expected to see last year which didn't show up. If we get the bullpen figured out, this could be a very interesting year.

Peralta and Drury are sick and Tomas needed to be sat down after that play last night. Then you've got Shipley vs Scherzer. I don't know if there's much that Lovullo can do.

If we are sitting down players for errors, why are Owings and Lamb out there?

The walks killed Shipley. Hope they can still make a come back here.

Stop with your Tomas love Jon... it was confirmed in reports today that Tomas was "addressed" by Lovullo for his careless, lackluster play in LF... and rightly so. Been an issue with him since day one. Hopefully Tory will continue to ride his lazy arse...

yet he has 0 errors to 6 for Owings, 3 for Lamb.

One point though - shouldn't Tomas be in Right, and Peralta in Left?

- Lamb and Owings, I'm sure you would agree, play positions that involve twice as many chances, with those chances involving a far higher degree of difficulty and what a left fielder deals with...

- I remain convinced that Tomas is an American League DH... and doesn't belong in the NL. So, left field, right field... he's a liability anywhere...
