Not a good start.Man, I hope Corbin can have a good game.
Not a good start.
8 runs in 1 2/3 innings, including 2 3-run homers to Ramirez.I'm in Oregon, why did Corbin leave soon?
That makes sense. My fantasy site showed him with 4 ER, but that is bad too.8 runs in 1 2/3 innings, including 2 3-run homers to Ramirez.
That's even worse than what was the usual 4 runs in 5 innings, until the last few games.
I looked forward to relaxing in front of the TV on a Sunday morning for a change. That didn't last long. True, the Boston starting lineup averages over .300, but that was our ace pitching. 'Too frustrating to watch. This team is so bi-polar
This team is so bi-polar
Is today April 1st?Damn - Greinke gave up 9 runs in 1 2/3 innings.
Although I have been a fan of Chip Hale as Manager for a long time, I agree. And if it shows that is the same putrid unbalanced team under a new Manager, then it will be clear that the Front Office is to blame.Hale needs to be fired after the game.
I pretty much agree with all this. There are so many problems with this team: injuries, bullpen, starting pitching, defense etc. But the manager seems to always take the fall. I'm sure how other coaches on this team still have a job. Oh well the front office has been a disaster too.Although I have been a fan of Chip Hale as Manager for a long time, I agree. And if it shows that is the same putrid unbalanced team under a new Manager, then it will be clear that the Front Office is to blame.
And maybe Tony La Russa (who said he would resign and not collect on the rest of his contract if he is at fault) will pack up and take his crew of unqualified Front Office people with him.
Then Kendrick can bring in experienced Front Office people who could bring in a talented field staff, especially Pitching Coach.
