Actually they had a pretty similar HC record. Buddy couldnt get to the big one either! lol

Offense is better than Defense currently.

Defense is young. Important to have good quality teaching to develop this.

Sounds like will look to Free Agency to help build the defense.

He says nobody will practice as good as the CARDS. Says we will practice against Chargers and Raiders possibly.

I like this - helps get an accurate gauge of your talent. God knows these 3 teams need all the help they can get.

Cards are a great challenge. It is a mountain that can be climbed. He says Cards have good personnel it just is not playing good.

Wants Cards to be strong up the middle.

Cards OL is big. Wants them to play well together. Colletto instrumental in developing Baltimore running attack.

QB part of being strong up the middle. Thinks Manning, Roethlisberger will probably be All-Pros.
