One of the DG free agents that gets overlooked is Chike Okeafor. Chike had 16 sacks under Denny and 25 total in his 4 years in the AZ.

Green certainly was better at evaluation talent than any of us gave him credit for. I was not a fan of his coaching but I really miss his ability to draft.

It would not surprise me at all if Bidwill and Graves got James without discussing it with Greene. Actually that sounds very plausible given the results we often achieve. A good starter, a high second round pick and a big contract for Kolb a 28 year old unproven rookie sort of says it all. My thoughts before the deal was to trade one player only for Kolb and Kolb was not my first choice for a QB. This year could turn out to be the yuckiest year in Cards history. Maybe its El Nina or global warming. We are dying by a thousand cuts although one might say Kolb was a bullet to the brain.

My friends sister used to date Denny greens brothers son and he said that Denny loved the bidwells as they would always have chili dog saturdays and ice cream mondays.

Its funny you say that, Not sure if you were a member here when I made this thread. And I made it just because Denny Green TO ME looked like he would love a good chilli dog.... No info was given.
