I'll show you drama this season when we go 31-13
This and the day Warner retired are about as low as I have ever felt about the Cardinals.
Warner showed us we didn't always have to suck. At least with him there was hope.
Horton brought the best defensive preparation and turnaround as I have ever seen in Arizona. I won't speak for all of us and say we.
I have absolutely zero faith and trust in Michael Bidwill...and he was supposed to be the great hope.
There will be plenty of empty seats and TV blackouts for years to come now---save for the the games where the opponents' fans take over U of P as their own home game, per SDS.
Not disgusted, but severely disappointed.
No wait. I am disgusted. We just flushed the only competent coach on the staff from last season.
All because our new HC gave his word to a lesser coach?
Damn.
If we didn't hire Horton cause he had a "never did anything offensive coordinator" then how is it Arians gets hired promoting a "never did anything defensive coordinator" ?
I get it. A lot of people are holding on to the only positive from last year. They will come back to Earth soon enough.
?????
You see zero validity in those comments ? Care to share why you have such confidence.
Yes, understood it is not confirmed but we are allowed to discuss the idea of it happening thus why I can't see why the worry is not justified.
Horton is a good DC, and proved it. I find it hard to believe that anyone things losing him is going to improve this team, and not be a loss for the Cardinals.
It is what it is, and something had to be done on defense, but the threat of losing Horton has some concern does it not ?
Baghdad Shane...
Midol..drama queen
Truth hurts my friend...
You should know. Wheres tgat middle finger? Shoukdnt you be on another teams message board? ;-)
You know I actually have two middle fingers if you need one. ")

Well Mitch I hope you can overcome the depression pretty soon. At least now we can have hope that maybe the Cardinals can score an offensive touchdown once in a while. If the new Cardinal defense is going to look like this years Phillie defense, they are going to have to score a lot more often than occasionally. My hopes are this years team is at least fun to watch vs. last years torturous experience.
RM! Just think the Cardinals beat the Eagle defense. That does wonders for my thoughts on him.Bowles is 3-4 guy, not a Wide 9 guy. That was not his system.

100% fair to say.
I am with you on everything except, Arians is more than a feel good story, in my opinion. I think we got the quality coach. Guys has been around for a long time, and knows what he is doing. He was looked at for coach of the year for more than his boss getting sick. They pulled off quite a job with what they had in Indy. The guy is from the Tom Moore coaching tree, there is hope there.
But, the damage of losing Horton is going to kill next season, like 2-14 kill.
As for Todd Bowles ? I hope that is a rumor. If we didn't hire Horton cause he had a "never did anything offensive coordinator" then how is it Arians gets hired promoting a "never did anything defensive coordinator" ?
I mean Bowles has done nothing outside of being handed a DC job for a month after the fired the original DC from the team.
While I have hope with Arians, not a lot, but some. I with you Gee that next year is a Same Ol' Cardinals, Sun Devil stadium type season.
And if Arians doesn't pull off turning this around, this will be looked back as the the event that destroyed this organization for in one move.
Horton goes ? Well, that offense better get better quick. I am not in line with those who say we have all this talent on defense. It is the same talent that Bill Davis couldn't do squat with. They are NOT that good, Horton drove that squad to be good. BIG RISK, with even the chance of losing Horton, bigger if we lose him, and catastrophic on a Same ol' Cardinals suck for 20 years level if Arians is a bust.
That all being said....if you tell me to go shut up, I competely understand.
I have hope, but the situation is unsettling to say the least.
