Do we trade Larry Fitzgerald

1. 2004 vs SF caught TD pass in 4th Q to put Cards up 28-12 and should have put the game away. Defense of course blew the lead in one of the most ridiculous collapses this side of the Bears/Cards Monday night game.

2. Caught TD pass in the 4th Quarter to beat Miami 24-23

3. Caught 34 yard TD pass in 4th Q vs Titans to seal the deal on 20-10 Cards win.

4. Yet another 4th Q TD reception to put game away vs Rams at 31-20

5. 9 Catches for 133 yards in Cards 34-27 win over 4anders

6. 4th Q TD catch vs Seattle to bring Cards from behind 17-21 to 24-21 and eventual 27-21 win.

That is a lot of big time 4th Q catches for a guy on a team that only won 16 games in those 3 years because they had an idiot for a HC.

For me the incredible thrill of watching Fitz run into the end zone to give the Cards the lead in the SB after trailing 20-7 makes him indispensable. Not only now but forever.

7 catches 127 yards and the go ahead TD in the friggin' Super Bowl. An amazing personality. Tremendous work ethic.

Yeah he's just a run of the mill guy we can trade and won't miss.

Face it. Regardless of what Shane"A" says, Fitz is a big time player. Only Aeneas Williams is comparable in Arizona Cardinal history.

If the Cards wanted to trade Fitz to the Bills he could say no. If the Cards wanted to trade Fitz to the Pats then Fitz would say yes and the trade goes through.

Kurt Warner is the ultimate Big Time Cardinal. He did what no other living human being could do. He took the Cards to the Super Bowl. No wide Receiver can do that. Hence why are the Cards so bad with Fitz? Would they be this bad with Warner as QB? I still think of that day and I dont believe it really occurred. It had to be a dream.

And if it weren't for Fitz' ability to make incredible catches enabling Warner to put passes in unbelievable places where only Fitz could get them they probably wouldn't have won in 2008 or 2009 either.

Absolutely. He is not going to resign with the Cards with our QB situation so get the best you can or get nothing. I really admires Fitz. Probably the best receiver in Cards history but we are a team in disarray and he would have no financial or football reason to stay with the Cards. Almost any team would be glad to get Fitz. I doubt we could get two first rounders unless the trading partner could reach a long term deal with him prior to the trade. He likely has a contract that allows him some latitude on who we can trade him to or a full no trade clause so he can only be traded with his permission. This way he would go to a contender. Can you picture him with the Colts and Manning? Wow!

Fitz really screwed that up too. He ran straight to the end zone instead of running zig zag so that more time was taken off the clock. Imagine if he was able to run an extra 8-10 seconds off the clock we may have won the SB. Stupid Fitz!

I do not recall the last time I saw the Cardinals play as bad as they did last night. The first quarter may have been the worst quarter ever for a Cardinal team. This team has given up, which is attributable to not having a QB. One of the announcers hit it dead on when he said no NFL team can compete without a decent QB. At this moment we have the worst QBs in the NFL and the coach has no options. We can dance all around this subject about needing this and that but it all starts with the QB. if you do not have a decent QB then nothing else really matters. If it were possible I would cut Anderson today but the reality is we cannot because Hall might get injured. We are an embarrassment to the fans. the NFL. We are the laughing stock of the NFL. To think only two years ago we almost won the Superbowl. Yes, I would trade Fitz if we can get a good return. No one on this team is untouchable if it can improve our position. I really do not see how we can win another game. The team has quit and we have no QB worthy of being called a QB. This is like having brain surgery performed by your dentist. Our first order of business is to sign or trade for a QB then the second order of business is to draft the best QB we can by trading up or doing anything else possible to get one one of the top three QBs. There are a few teams with worse records but there is no team any worse than ours. We were dead before last nights game. Last night just drove the stake through a dead teams heart. I feel for these guys. I have said and will continue to say that whoever in this organization is responsible for this team opening the season with the QBs we have should be tarred and feathered and run out of town. Usually it is the GM who makes these calls but with our non organization one really has no idea where the responsibility lies. Actually we have an organizational problem as that is what has led to this Tsunami. If we cannot fix that we are doomed to forever be buried in obscurity and irrelevance.
