Ugggh... Chip could've left Ray in the game... Dammit! Delgado is the weakest link in our pen...

Yep. Chip still has way too quick a hook. And Delgado still sucks. :(

That didn't need to happen... Chip needs to have more faith in Ray!

Yep completely agree. However, in chips defense (a very unenthusiastic defense from me) but that was absolutely pitiful by the pen. We should be able to go to them without them bending over and giving up 5 runs. :(

Anyone else feel like 3 runs might as well be 10 the way we aren't hitting...

Man does Goldy look so lost at the plate... He actually isn't off to a great start in the field either. What a bummer... But he's been average at best since the all-star break last season... [emoji853]

Losing a series to the Dodgers AAA roster. Unfreakingreal... How long is the "it's early" excuse going to hold up?

I'll never understand why major league managers get so married to relievers only pitching certain innings. You are up 2 runs on a division rival with one out and two on and you go to Randall Delgado??? Why can't you use Ziegler there who's best attribute is getting a double play ball? Or use Clippard. It makes no sense to me. It would seem like those high leverage situations are when you want to put your best relievers out there. Who cares if it's the 7th inning.

1 year and 1/2 as a fan and even I see Chip is not good for this team.

Yeah I dont even know. I would put Hudy out there before Delgado and I would have said that before tonight. Delgado is good for 1-2 outs max anymore. Every once in a while he will retire a side but with Delgado it's like you know he's going to get hit, it's just a matter of when. That game was in a precarious spot, we really needed to win it and Delgado has been less than stellar lately. Why go to him?

I am not ready to call for Hale's head just yet but he's looking kindof lost at times thus far. Like someone else said, you cant blame him for the errors and the mistakes on defense, and you cant blame him for all the guys who were hitting .400 in ST now hitting .200... Most of our guys are just playing like crap right now. A lot of that will correct itself but nevertheless, he's looking a bit rattled. I didn't really care for him engaging in the whole back and forth with the Dodgers dugout as much as he did either. Yesterday was fine but he was still barking tonight and it's like; hey Chip, we have bigger problems right now.

I dont know what to think about him yet. We'll see how they come out against the Padres. I kindof would like to see some guys pissed off tomorrow. I'm sick of the hanging heads and nerves. Guys are trying to keep their cool. Someone get fired up over there. Let's play some ball.
