He is screwed.
He is screwed.
And should be. However Leonard little got off for the same crime so we'll see. Cheers!
He didnt get off, he got a sentence that did not nearly fit the crime though thats for sure. 90 days in jail, 1000 hours community service, $15,000 fine and 4 years probation.
Yup.Legally drunk at 7 in the morning. Killed a husband and father. Fry him. No mercy.
Unconscionable! He killed Susan Gutweiler (a wife and mother), got off ridiculously light, got a SB ring, and six years later...drove drunk again. Missouri is a joke when it comes to DUI's because even as a persistent offender he got off on the DUI and only got a speeding ticket the second time around!!
Leonard Little is likely one of the slimiest pieces of crap still on this Earth breathing air. He drove drunk and KILLED somebody and it didn't make enough of an impact on his life to NEVER drink and drive again?

I saw an interview with her husband, who is a sports photographer that covers the Lambs. Apparently he has an understanding that he will never photograph Little during a game. When he's on the sideline and Little comes into view he just turns a different direction.
Wow. If the husband was me, I would shoot him, but not with a camera. That is way too much constraint.
Well, this is bigger than football but does Cleveland now get added to the potential Anquan destinations? They traded Winslow already, don't have much in the running game and Edwards is inconsistent. Now to lose their #2 and Jeravicious unable to come back because of staph infection HQ in Cleveland.
Who stops drinking at midnight and is still crusing about at 7:00 in the morning? Had time to flash the lights but not time to stop??? Guilty!
The liver needs an hour to an hour and a half to process one glass of alcohol. So six glasses of alcohol takes app. 6 to 9 hours to leave the system. Therefore it's very possible for him to stop drinking at midnight, fall a sleep till 7, and get in a car with the idea that he didn't drink and drive, but with alcohol still in his body, depending on the amount of drinks he's had.I suppose it is possible he was so intoxicated that he went to sleep, woke up in the morning and drove without being sober. I have heard about this happening before.
Another case of a person of status and money buys his way out of killing a man. The mans life was worth X amount of $ and he gets minimum security for 30 days. Same case but a person that is struggling money wise, is out of work, and while driving kills a man he gets 10-15 in the slammer aand a fine he can't afford. Shold that person get out of prison alive will also have X amount years of probation.
IMO it's not fair and someone should look into our justice system. MOney rules and that's a fact jack!
