ugh. I've been waiting all day for snap-counts to be posted to see Freeney's involvement.

I remember seeing him lined up on several plays, but don't recall him ever getting close.

Hopefully he is able to generate something, 'cause we got nothing going for pass rush right now.

He looked like a boy amongst men...and the sad thing is he was going against the backup left tackle for most of the plays. He didn't have "it" AT ALL.

20 plays is way too many to have with no impact. You can't put players out there and hope they produce. Sure it's early, but we can't afford to just keep putting him out there with that little production. There are other guys on the team that I just assume get the opportunity rather than someone who isn't producing.

I'd give him 1 more game....then it's too the bench until he shows it at practice.

I wasn't expecting him to light it up on his first game.
I saw one replay where he was actually triple teamed. It's the other guys that needed to step up in that situation.

yeah if he is getting double/tripled and we still cant get to the QB it speaks far mroe about everyone else than it does about him.

I expected SOMETHING! I love the "weak" attitude here. Cards put a guy, any guy in and they don't make ANY plays and ya'll okay with it....shrug it off attitude.
I expect a player to make at least 2-3 plays at a minimum when going in for 20 snaps.
So what will you say if he plays another 20 snaps on MNF with no impact....no big deal or will it be "Get someone in there that'll get the job done."
I stated I have no issue with it being his first game, but to have NO impact at all in 20 plays is horrible for any player on any team.

OMG......

Those were the first 20 snaps of the season for him and he saw some double and triple teams in those limited snaps. If he continues to show this over the next couple games than you have a legit complaint, but one game of 20 snaps is not enough to make any sort of judgement on him just yet.

If those are his numbers in 3 more games then I will be concerned. As of now he had barely practiced and still was getting double teamed..so yeah he had an impact.
