Well, I don't agree with that line of thought either. Cousins is a very good QB and the Redskins are at least partly responsible for the contract failure to keep him. I think Cousins is partly to blame in that too and as good as he is, may not be worth those headaches.

But, I'm not sure how much Foles is going to command if he gets a new contract. It would have to be starter level money but I agree that he's got something to prove in terms of being a regular, reliable starter. How much did Keenum get? I think Foles would have to get at least that much and a little more.

Well, it's a moot point now, but I think it's supposed to be 2 years, $36 Million. Foles' contract I think would have to come in north of $20M, and longer.
