Why would the FO want them to stay with the same system that players hate and suck at? Change the system AND the coach...get the kids playing in a system where they can achieve a little success...need small wins to build upon.

I couldn't agree more. Figuring out the Suns is sort of like figuring out the Cardinals except the Suns have mastered losing.
