Apparently jumping high means you go to the pro-bowl when you play for the Cardinals(re. Adrian Wilson and Justin Bethel), so I'm placing my money on this kid now.

Here's what I posted on him back on April 18th

Since this is now out of the bag I guess it's okay to report that the Cards have been intensively scouting in Canada this year. You may recall I touted a DE earlier. You saw the Cards sign a pass rusher. Now they're scheduled to meet with CB Elie Bouka. He was considered by most a likely UDFA selection before he tore his Achilles. Since then he's fallen from the view of most. He's big 6'1" and weighs about 205. He's also fast, being timed at 4.41 at the CFL version of the combine. He played in the Canadian East-West game, becoming the leading tackler. I'm told the Cards got their info from a CFL scout who was at both events. My info path was similar. His major drawback is a history of injuries. He also has limited CB experience just converting to defense in 2013. Keep in mind all Canadian prospects are typically rough, so he would be a project. Still he could be a day 3 value. My guys tell me he's very coachable and would willing play special teams and serve as a gunner. I like what I'm hearing.

This video made me recall the movie "The 13th Warrior" when all the Vikings are making fun of the Arab's horse in their party and are calling it a dog because it is so small, the Arab responds by making the horse do some outlandish jumps, which the head Viking then laughs and says "the dog can jump". Let's see if the dog can hunt when the game is on and I hope so because we could really use a guy opposite of Peterson. I still remember seeing Adrian Wilson doing his jump and it was unreal. I hope Bouka gets a fair chance to make the team and I can look back at this video after he is a Pro-Bowler and smile :)

Yet another of Keim's treasures that was located in an unlikely setting. I hope this kid catches on really good. I hope he also has a very injury free time with the red birds/

Whoever gets that opposite PP spot is going to need some thick skin and a short memory. Bethel gets the first nod. Will be interesting as the season progresses to see who comes the furthest at the position.

I would love for our defense to play better at the end of the year, versus the middle of the year as they seemingly have the last 3 years (all opinion, I have no data to back this up). I know injuries and aging vets play a big part of that, but I get jealous at watching Seattle peaking at the end of the year with their defense.
