The usual spin when the Cards, or any team for that matter loses a player. They, or He, wasn't that great it was the guy, or guys, in front of our next to him or scheme that made him great. Just a few weeks ago it was Dan$by only had those amazing numbers because DWeed was next to him. DWeed has gone from being indispensable to being replaced without the D missing a beat in less than a week.
To put a real positive spin on the situation would be to look for Foote, who was the Steelers leading tackler and had 4 sacks in 2012, and Sims to return to their top form and Minter to justify his high draft position. Which is what you did in your last paragraph. But to write that DWeed and Dan$by had those great seasons mainly because of the DLine and it won't hurt the team losing elite talent like that just doesn't fly with me.
