I hope it is just the 2nd rounder and nothing else.

It would be a steal if it was only a 2nd...

I'm wasn't too cool on getting James, but you can't pass up a deal like this. Look what the trade of Marshall Faulk did for the Rams

I think it's another Hartwell in 3-4 hours and Boston is now a 49er.

I have ESPN news on and...zip, nadda, nothing.

Whatever.

People are reporting they saw the same thing on ESPN News in other forums. But yeah. I'm a ******.

Anyone else see anything?

I still say that if your dead-set on spending that kind of $ than spend it on S. Alexander, however, I think Green can find the RB he needs for this offense in the draft.

Would be a big-time move though and would get the Cards some serious attention.

I agree on Alexander, plus it would weaken a division foe....

True on Alexander but you have a better chance trading for Peyton Manning than the Cards have of getting Alexander from Seattle.

nidan, you need to read the whole thread. Several other websites are saying the same thing.

We never had a shot at getting Alexander, he was never even an option. Seattle would never trade a star RB to a division foe already on the verge of overtaking the division in the first place.

Everyone,

Skedoozy is just reporting what he saw on ESPN news.

Skedoozy,

Don't worry, I got the same treatment when I first started posting from Tango and Krang (but that's another story)

I'm not getting the feeling you are making this up, but something as big as this, on this board, with these guys, you better be sure. :D

Welcome.

BTW- I'll take a Carne Asada burrito, a Corona, and the Coors light twins...pronto!

Is anybody an ESPN Insider? If so you could check out their rumor section on their website.

A heck of a way to join the club, but no I didn't mean that coment, it was a joke.

If ESPN is really reporting this then more power to you for the scoop.

On ESPN they said top stories coming up and didn't mention anything about this trade

I'm not holding my breath, tho I don;t think Skee is making it up. There are a lot of rumors floating around out there in the legitimate media.
