Texans are getting 3.5
Bengals are getting 2.5
Vikings are getting 5
Redskins are getting 1

My bet is the Redskins and Vikings cover.

Chefs are only -3.5 at the Texans. I believe the Texans lose by 10

I'll buy that.

With the weather report in Minn, Seattle better hope ML is healthy.

I actually thought all 4 road teams would win this weekend.. I would bet them all to cover, too.

They might win but they won't all cover. Home underdogs are awesome bets.

For instance, I see the Vikings game like 20-17 either way. So getting 5 is awesome.

If its 20-17 its a Seahawks victory. If someone wants to beat Seattle in the playoffs, they have two have a two possession lead with 2 minutes to go. Otherwise, they find a way to win.

The high in Minnesota Sunday is going to be 0 degrees.

If that makes it a defense and running game, vikings have a chance.

I believe Washington opened as a small favorite but the early money has come in on Green Bay. Wouldn't be shocked to see that move back in the other direction the closer to game time.

Having the Chiefs as a home dog after winning what 10 in a row?

Wow, that sounds completely nuts.

How can it be , a team that is 4 and 6 over it's last 10 games is favored on the road ? Some pundits just can't let go of those Packers .

I read an article years ago that pointed out the fact when betting in the playoffs, disregard the line and just bet the team you think is going to win.

It said history shows that 75+% of the time, the team that wins covers the spread. I've been following that statement for years and it has held true. Either the favorite has covered or the underdog has won outright in a vast majority of the games.

The key is picking the winner.

I like Cincy, Washington, KC, and not sure.

Packers = -1 = giving one point (favorite)
Redskins = +1 = getting one point (dog)

Your quote is the exact line from the original post.

dude I know what - + means in betting.
all i'm saying is they moved the line from GB being the underdog to the favorite.

and I'm talking about the other games with larger point spreads as far as picking the winner instead of just covering.

Redskins have beaten zero teams with a winning record and the 3 teams they played with a winning record torched them.

I'm taking the Packers because AR is AR and Cousins while hot hasn't beaten anybody with a pulse.

The Texans defense has been REALLY good over the last 6 weeks allowing like 12 pts. a game.

Packers shouldn't be favored against anybody if they are on the road and I'm not sure if they should have been favored at home.

Frickin Steelers will find a way to win. Cincy will not be able to keep up.

I just can't see the Vikings beating the Seahawks. However, the weather will turn it into a running and bruising game. Turnovers will play the biggest role.

The Texans like the Redskins have hardly played or beaten good/winning opponents including their own division.

The Packers are distinct favorites whether people know it or not.
Remember, they were in the conference championship last year

That's because the public stills sees the Packers as the Packers of old and Vegas knows that. Can't say the without a doubt they will lose Sunday, but I think their season ends this week, IMHO.
