Exactly!
How many employers out there publicly release info on an employees personal, health, and family problems?
This is an HR nightmare and the Cardinals made their legal problems even worse!
Who would ever want to work for them now? If you cross them, they will try to humiliate you by airing your personal information.
Unbelievable!
Full text of the Cardinals' tweet in response to McDonough's accusations:
Wow! This is one of the most unprofessional responses I've ever read.
McDonough, right or wrong, filed his grievance with the NFL/arbitration, and it was leaked. The Cardinals respond publicly with this, which doesn't deny what McDonough said, just says McDonough misconstrued things or didn't have the full details. But apparently McDonough was a psychotic nightmare and they kept him on the staff and continued to pay him.
Interesting, I would say.
And I'm not saying what the Cardinals is saying is false, we don't know the truth here, but this is a bad look for the Cardinals..
Like 6 months ago they leaked to NFL media types that Colt McCoy was better than Kyler. Total clown show.Exactly!

Oh boy. While many will assume that, no one for sure know. The Cardinals purposely crossed many lines in their PR statements. McD might own the Cardinals when it's all said and done.Leaked...
Have a suspicion that it's someone whose name starts with McD and I don't mean McDonald.

Sorry, should have said media rights. Just like I'm forced to watch the Seahawks Portland every week since the Seahawks own the media rights to Portland. The Bills have the media rights to Buffalo to broadcast on TV and radio. It does not. Toronto is no more Buffalo's market than Buffalo is a market for the Blue Jays and Raptors.
Anyway, not going to happen, and I'd prefer Montreal as a destination.

There was a similar issue when the Nationals moved to DC out of Montreal and the Nationals had to pay up the wazoo to relocate there and share the market with Baltimore. Unfortunately, Buffalo is so small of a market, they need the TV/radio revenue from Toronto.
There is no doubt he should have been fired years ago. That is the worst part, their press release makes him sound like the second coming of Mousilini, but he kept his job and according to them just decided to move on when they hired Monti. It doesn't add up. If that stuff is true, then they enabled his behavior by keeping him on staff. There is no right here, they are all in the wrong.I don't know.
We've heard for years that McDonough is a massive dick. The Cardinals just laid that all out there. I'd imagine this is going to be one of those instances where the Cardinals do come out looking bad, but that McDonough is also a douche who should have been fired many years ago.
Another explanation is that Keim wanted him around. There is no doubt he should have been fired years ago. With what they claimed, there is no plausible reason to keep him. He was an absolute liability.Another explanation is that Keim wanted him around.
No Keim, no job for McDouche.
Sure there is. He's a Keim guy. Keim is probably friends with him. With what they claimed, there is no plausible reason to keep him. He was an absolute liability.
And now the Cardinals are the ones with mud on thier face, a big disgrace and somebody better put them back into their place.Sure there is. He's a Keim guy. Keim is probably friends with him.
It would be easier if you listed the problems with the Cards that weren’t Keims fault.Another explanation is that Keim wanted him around.
No Keim, no job for McDouche.
Maybe Bidwill will be forced to sell the team. We can only hope, https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/36069257/ex-cardinals-vp-terry-mcdonough-accuses-owner-cheating
Keim under oath will be something
How many picks has Dan Snyder lost?By the way: I hope you’re ready to lose a first or second round pick
