Oh ok case over if they denied it.

If MB lit an orphanage on fire on Christmas Eve many here would defend him.
On the same token he could be accused of such a heinous crime. Have a rock solid alibi proven to be out of the country.

Yet many here would say he must be guilty.

Is that how this game works?

This press release was so unsavory Mike Dalton wanted nothing to do with it and the Cards had to go outside.
Most of the responses from companies to stuff like this are: "We deny the allegations"

Some go a bit farther --like how the Cardinals responded to Kugler's deal.

This response was about as scorched earth as it gets. Its basically a preview of the case they will make to the arbitration panel. It suggests that there is some real emotion behind this vs just business.

This does raise one question. if McD was as unhinged as they make it sound, why did the team keep him around for that long?

my experience is that crazy people never appreciate the accommodations you give them. An old SVP of HR told me-- "cut off crazy quickly"

McDonough has zero chance of winning arbitration. Zero. The case will not go to court either.

Well we know what camp you are in. Not that I give a damn. So since he denied it let’s just drop it. Not a game. Just my opinion.

Actually if none of this is true why would the organization ever attack him personally citing his personal problems. In 40+ years in a Corporate environment I never saw a reaction like this to a complaint. To me it bolsters his accusations.

But Michael is a pilot, so clearly he could’ve Florida playing back to the orphanage. Lit it on fire flown back without anybody knowing.

McDonough needed to go so that is the best information that I got out of all of this. As far as I see it McDonough was part of the culture problem and I'm glad he was let go. I was not a big fan of his hiring coming from a dreadful Jacksonville team.

As far as McDonough's claims, I have no info on the burner phones claims. However my contact who works with the team never has complained about a hostile workplace environment as Terry claims.

I’m not in any camp. But you basically condemned him in your first post as many here have. I’ll let things play out and see how it falls. As it should.

Yup!

My gut tells me that everyone involved is in the wrong, but I'm going to wait until the facts come out in this one!

I imagine some people are simply waiting to see how this plays out before forming an opinion on the matter.

As opposed to blindly rushing in to declare Bidwill worse than Sarver, Snyder, etc... merely because they desperately desire for him to be stripped of ownership and forced to sell.
