lol. Wolf should just come out and say he can’t comment on this instead of trying to defend Mike B’s completely unprofessional response to this. He sounds ridiculous.
He sounds ridiculous whenever he opens his mouth

Wait… Bidwill admitted that the burner phone story is true but he was the one who put a stop to it?

Okay. Fine. Good job stopping your drunken piece of crap GM from circumventing your team imposed suspension given to him. Now answer me why the hell you’d let that insubordinate drunk piece of crap keep his job AFTER breaking the terms of his suspension as well?

This is ineptitude on a whole new level.

And then giving him an extension

There was a time in this country when you were innocent until proven guilty. I’m in THAT camp. I’m an old timer that always emphasized that Bill was a horrible owner & that Michael was better, but still poor. But, it’s ludicrous to be attacking Bidwill at this stage in the game. Let’s have fun with the upcoming new uniforms & then the draft. Bidwill will be dealt with by the powers to be, and whatever happens, happens.

He literally ADMITTED the burner scheme was real. And then not only did nothing to hold his drunken piece of crap accountable, he continued to give him the keys to the kingdom and prematurely awarded him a mind-numbingly stupid 5 year contract extension.

We can certainly judge his level of idiocy based on all of the above right now.

By all means, you go right ahead and judge. That’s your prerogative. Not my style.

All the good will equity Bidwill built is now ashes. So sad.

On a serious note, Darren Urban might be next GM for this franchise.

Excerpt:

Until then, Bidwill would be wise to recognize that less often means more when it comes to NFL owners; that Kurt Warner and Bruce Arians deserve more credit for the team’s renaissance than anyone else in the room; and that the owner was far too loyal to a mediocre, homegrown, road buddy of general manager who drove this team into a ditch.

"He must have pictures..." It's always thrown out as a joke but not taken seriously. At least I never took it seriously. But now it's no joke. Keim and McD really did have the pictures! Metaphorically speaking.

Definitely a lesson to anyone in a position of power. What are you doing? Giving somebody a piece of dirt like that they can use against you some day.

This press release was so unsavory Mike Dalton wanted nothing to do with it and the Cards had to go outside.

Wouldn’t be surprised if Dalton was out after the draft

Perhaps Dalton was a target or witnessed McD's behaviour with colleagues. It would be unseemly for him to write the public indictment, given that he may have to testify in arbitration or civil court.

After the DUI too and countless other embarrassing issues related to his drinking.

I think this is where Goodell might step in. I’m fairly sure something similar happened with the York’s and the 49ers. Bidwill’s can still own the team but will just cash the checks and do the PR stuff.

Not sure why MB hasn’t done this voluntarily already. Would give him more time to do the political stuff business recruitment, and other local things that he likes more anyways. Still be a public figure too

Honestly I don’t care about any of this. He’s not going to be forced to sell, Goodell isn’t stepping in, and hopefully Keim moves forward and improved his life. Is any of this going to change Bidwill or McDonut? I dunno, and don’t care.
I do think the amount of judgement Keim gets on his personal life here is pretty lame.

Exactly. MB isn't going anywhere. It's a total pipe dream to think otherwise.

Last time I checked Mr Kraft was getting happy endings down in a Florida massage parlor and he barely got slapped on the wrist.

there are lots of organization models where the CEO of a company focuses nearly 90% outside the org: the Board, investors, industry organizations, dealing with government / regulation, etc -- and 10% is touching base with a

President or COO who spends 100% of their time running the day to day of the business

its not like Mike would be reinventing the wheel

Yeah but I think handling the day-to-day and being the president is how Michael justifies a bigger slice of the pie than his siblings.

His siblings really need to step up and assert some authority. Doubt any them could do a worse job.
