T'eo now looks like a moron and his intelligence is in question......he went from a higj pick to........who knows.
Good friends.
Good friends.

He's got no real problems. Heck, if Jeffrey Dalmer was 6"5" and ran a 4.4, teams would say that he has an eating disorder and they're sure he'll get it under control.

A bit harsh, IMO. It's not often you see the victim treated this poorly.
Steve
assuming he's really the victim. I still think he was involved. The other dude is going to take the fall, because it's not gonna be much punishment, in order for Teo to go higher and get more money with which to pay him off fo r taking the fall...
Maybe. But the facts presented so far don't necessarily support this and until they do I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt. My comment about it being too harsh though is aimed at the people who accept that he's the victim and are judging him for being duped.

The facts presented have no bearing on what he does or can do on the football field. This is a mute issue and rather hilarious from a drafting standpoint, since the man is only in the spotlight for this because of his amazing ability on the football field. And what did he do? No reported drug problem, he did not get arrested for assault, he did nothing illegal... he just involved himself in something with naivety.

Perhaps harsh, but it seems Springer-like to not know that someone was dead this whole time......it will turn off some scouts.
I am with ya, Steve. I love how people are tearing this kid down for either being involved or being so gulliable. Well, if he's involved, then that sucks. (I remember watching that interview about his girl and shedding a tear.) If he WAS that gulliable, then so what? How old is he? 21, 22? Weren't we ALL gulliable then? And how is being that trusting a bad thing (other than being too trusting)?
Doug and Wolf were talking a week or so ago about how he's gonna fall like Burfect. Personally, I don't think that's gonna happen.
for me personally, no, I don't think he needed a detective to find out if she were real. But I think he should have pursued a face-to-face meeting, to the point if "she" kept saying no, that he break it off...You think he should have hired a private detective to find out if his dead girlfriend really existed or actually died? After all his conversations with his "girlfriend" and her "family", why would it cross his mind to pursue it further? And if he had reason to suspect something and failed to act on it, well, how does that make him a moron?
I think it's a little dumb to start a relationship with someone over the internet but OTOH, many of us here have never met. I know a few of you are imaginary. Seriously, some of you just can't be real.
Steve
Irrelevant. Look at Vontaze Burfict's stock before he took the field. All that matters is if you can play once you hit the field.
