Since both where non-tendered by the Cards I don`t think they count when comp picks are figured.Non-tendering is the same as cutting them.

Do non-tendered free agent losses count in the compensatory pick formula? Will the Cards get credit for losing Fells and Catanzaro?

If the player was a RFA then see below.

If a player is not tendered or the tender is rescinded before a player is signed he immediately becomes an unrestricted free agent that is free to sign with any team in the NFL. These players should not factor in the compensatory draft equations. It is rare that RFAs switch teams but it does occasionally happen.

If a team chooses not to tender a RFA they enter free agency the same as any unrestricted free agent. They do not, however, count towards the compensatory award system.

So what your are saying is that we simply have to tender them one dollar contracts and we get our compensation :)

Nick Foles just got 2 years, $11 mil, $7 mil guaranteed to be Wentz backup. That seems like a lot of cheddah.

Wonder if he will get signed anywhere

Probably right before, or early in, training camp...would be my guess. Veteran injury replacement, perhaps? Or a team, like the Browns, that could use a vet WR.

Or maybe the Ravens, to replace Smith Sr.

Reign Blood is visiting Moberly Mo today. What's confusing is he isn't a NFL Free Agent and his mother in Law lives there. Film at 11.
