Watching the Cards on TV, and thanks to the super fan package I can watch the Falcons and 9ers on the laptop. ATL is crushing them today. We need ATL to take care of business in SF today.

9ers look awful this game and are playing about as bad of a game as i have seen this year. They are about to go down 28-10inthe 2nd..

The pendulum is swinging back in our favor today. In a big way.

At win at SEA next week, and suddenly, we're right back in the division race.

Seattle is no joke when Hasselbeck plays. They are crushing the Jags.

Its one game, but I hope this is a sign of things to come. Their offense is atrocious and their "stout" defense giving up 45?? Are they really as good as they were previously advertised?

SF is currently 0-2 against teams with a record above .500.

All three of their wins have come against division teams. Rams obviously are atrocious. Hawks were without Hasselback. And we are just not playing to our potential.

They play hard but I don't think talent wise they are that great.

SF is a joke and will be a non-factor. It's not too hard to see that. Seattle may be more of a concern but there shouldn't be a team in this division that touches the Cards and that's not the kool-aid talking.Juts look at the teams and there's not much of a comparison.

I would agree with you, but their are many kinks that need to be addressed moving forward. this team needs to learn many things on the fly; otherwise, we aren't going to repeat as division champs this season.

Unfortunately, so far our performance is not instilling any confidence either... it will remain an open race unless we show some consistency. Today, the first half is what our potential is but second half showed why there are doubts.

Moral of the story. Every game in the NFL is a toss-up. That's gotta be frustrating for all those who put the mental and physical energy into it.

Highlight of the day for me. At halftime, our win was the highlight, but after the atrocious second half, the shellacking the niners took was my highlight.

I still think we could be in serious trouble...and not because SF is going to win a ton of games, but because we are without an identity.

Does 7-9 win this division? I hope so!

7-9 gets killed in the playoffs by the 3 seed which should be either NYG, NO, or the Vikings. Honestly looking at our schedule remaining though, with Tennesee, Carolina, Detroit, and two Rams games left we really have no excuse to not go at least 8-8 this year in spite of our glaring flaws.

If they win the division at 7-9 or 8-8, they would play the #5 seed (best wild card team).
