Finally! The off-season always feel an eternity. It's pretty clear that we won't be anywhere as good as last season. I'll be interested to see to what level the Suns can maintain their offensive capabilities. Without Amar'e, will J-Rich post up more frequently? How will Turkoglu develop within the team? Can Nash find another player to complement his pick-and-roll mastery? Will the team chemistry be anywhere near that from last year? Barbosa and Amundson will be missed for their off-court presence as much (if not more) than for what they did on the court, I'm afraid.
As I cannot imagine Phoenix functioning from the get-go (especially after the devastating pre-season), I'd be taken by surprise by a Suns win today.
