Fitzgerald for not getting hurt in a preseason game, not that he has a tendency to get hurt but boy that would suck :)

Kelemete looked solid again. I'll have to go back and watch him to make sure but he just seems to stone his guy at the los on pass plays better than anyone else on the oline.

Reggie Walker finally stood out. He looked good and hopefully he's turned the corner. Probably made the team tonight.

I didn't really get a chance to watch him. But your word is good.

Justin Bethel is going to be a very good NFL player for a very long time. I have no clue what he was doing at Presbyterian and being drafted in the sixth round. He looks like an elite talent from one of the SEC giants.

You missed the guy who was the most impressive of all - Powell!

Powell was great.

Last preseason, Powell looked like he was running with a boat anchor on his back and had stiff hips. Now, he has developed high top end speed, vision, and elusiveness. If this keeps up, Fonso Smith will be on the outside looking in.

Dan Williams!

Big Dan was a force in the middle tonight! He was blowing up that center and was a huge reason we held during that 1st and goal!

I saw him praying before the game, and he was demanding attention when he was in there. Him and DD put in some work that cleared the way for some other cats, they definitely get some love.

We MUST keep four RBs and have Powell on the roster. He is great insurance for two injury prone RBs.

We have 4 good RBs right now, two that are REALLY good.

I love the way Powell runs...very close to the ground...just churning.

Bethel could turn out to be a heck of a story. It's not like he's lucked into a few good special teams plays, although the blocked punt was kind of a gift. But this is what he's been doing for years. I don't see why it wouldn't continue when the regular season starts. Not at a one block per game pace, but that speed off the line is just tough to stop.

Acho looked a lot better tonight than he did in the previous two.

Anthony Sherman could be on his way to being the best fullback in the league.

Skelton seems to be developing more poise every game. He had nice touch on his passes tonight.

On special teams yes. On defense he is not great.

I thought Sturdivant put in a solid performance too...I think it was largely unnoticed because he didn't have game changing plays but he did a really good job. He and Reggie Walker both played well...could Lenon's roster spot be siously challenged?

Also I really like Bethel's special teams play, he is "special" out there, but he has a LONG way to go before he can make much of a contribution on defense. He may be able to take Michael Adams spot though, Adams special teams play kept him around not his defensive ability and I can't see Adams being on the depth chart above Fleming or Toler (or Gay if he doesn't start). Speaking of Gay, I was not impressed by him at all.

Zastudil continues to punt lights out this preseason, weird when he so hopelessly mediocre last year.

I won't get to see the game until tomorrow as I'll tape the replay (1-4 AM, I believe). But judging by our running game stats someone on the OL must have played well. No?
