Am I the only one that thinks BIG needs to be slapped? Seriously. I like his play when he's not losing yards for being a *******.

DO you ever think the refs make a bad call?
Yeah, when they do. But, I make an effort not to see these plays with Homer glasses.

Do you ever think the Cardinals commit penalties?

McCoy doesn't come back to the ball but it looked like #27 pushed him right before the ball got there.

Ground can't cause a fumble but can cause an incompletion I guess.

watching live I thought catch for sure.

Russ I have just replayed in slow motion. HE clearly has control of the ball and has two feet hit the ground prior to tha ball.

THAT WAS AN EASY CATCH!

You should feel cheated.

No wonder the Jags have such a great pass defense they get to shove the WR's in the back while the ball is in the air without any penalty.

You are seeing them with homer glasses of the wrong kind Pariah because he easily had two feet touching the ground prior to the ball and complete control which = catch.

This isn't the definition of a catch in the field of play. This is the definition of a catch in the end zone.

yep, saw that too on replay and they made no mention of it.

Still mad we got no replay on the Boldin drop, you know if they don't show it, nobody is going to replay it. if we hadn't run that stupid play to Jackson that would have been BEFORE 2 minuts and we could have challenged it.

he's right, the definition of a catch in play says the WR has to make a "football move". So if Boldin has 2 feet down but falls down and the ball hits and comes out, it's up to the ref to decide is that a football move, or not?

But I still think from the only look I got, he caught it.

FYI Gilmore has a TD catch against the Raiders, I always knew in a few years he'd finally catch one.

Last I checked the Endzone is the field of play?

If you have control of teh ball and two feet on the ground its a catch. That rule is for a guy that hits the ground first as far as I can remember. Can you find me a rule that says thats not a catch in the NFL?

No. I'm not going to look for it. I'm confident I'm right, but if you doubt it, you can look it up. Sorry, I just don't feel like researching it.

the rule is different Shane. In the endzone if you catch it and then hit both feet, it's a TD. But in the regular field of play you have to make a football move which typically is tucking the ball in to run, but Anquan didn't do that. I still think he caught it but I do know what pariah is getting at and since I don't have a replay to look at....

Per NFL.com Shane is right, but I don't know if they have the official rulebook or just their own.

8. A forward pass is complete when a receiver clearly possesses the pass and touches the ground with both feet inbounds while in possession of the ball. If a receiver would have landed inbounds with both feet but is carried or pushed out of bounds while maintaining possession of the ball, pass is complete at the out-of-bounds spot.
