When we got down 10-0 i was thinking "oh no this the game that is going to start the spiral of doom". But we fought back. This team feels like a team of destiny

Coming from a Cowboys fan, for anyone who thinks Romo "sucks," let me point you to today's game.

Good game by the Cards. Hopefully the national media will start giving them their due. Most overlooked team in the NFL IMO.

lol... he did not give up a single catch until the final 2 minutes of a blow out! While covering one of the best receivers in the league! Part of not getting thrown at is that he was not allowing openings.

To rip on him for today's game is simple biased hate. He had an outstanding game.

I'll admit that when we went down 10-0 I got that SOC's feeling that we were going to get blown out. Then I mentally slapped myself and said CP don't care if he throws a pick because he is fearless and he won't go into a shell etc.

I also remembered how this team refuses to quit and all we had to do was weather the early storm and then we would be fine. Just needed to get our heads back in the game and they did and as you posted, dominated.

But his play this year has been mostly average at best.

How does ZERO passes defended, a holding call and giving up a garbage time TD make him one of the stars of the game?? Serious question.

You're giving credit to PP when Weeden couldn't hit the broad side of a barn.

(The hold on PP was BS I agree) but that's the rep he's given himself this year.

Hopefully he can return to form soon.

I wrote an ENTIRE post about how getting blown out might actually be good for this team with all the love they're getting. I'm a complete idiot and this team keeps proving me wrong.

He has definitely not played up to his contract so far this year. He did play well today. Bryant had a ton of targets but no catches up until garbage time. He has to get credit for that.
