I'm telling you that's a leaguewide thing it's all based on advanced metrics stuff. The negative of starting inside the 20 is not enough to make it worthwhile to just down it so guys bring it out hoping they can break one.

Sounds counter intuitive but it's being done league wide because the numbers say it works
