Damnit, and Palmer moving funny now.

Because the guy that touched him came in with both knees in hsi back.

I guess because he was past the LOS they aren't considering that roughing the QB since he's a runner but I gotta believe if that's Peyton Manning, they call a penalty there.

Stupid plays & poor clock/timeout management to end the half.

Lots of mental mistakes & bad special teams play.

At least we still have a lead.

We need some adjustments at halftime - learn how to defend a screen pass & clean up mistakes.

Inexcusable for a 13-year vet to have such poor clock management on that 1 min drill

I have to say, like JJ Nelson on returns, he's a terrible WR so far. he doesn't even go for the ball he just keeps asking for a flag.

They obviously have little confidence in Catman. Otherwise, why not try to get a few more yards and go for the FG?

Because Arians can't think that way. It's his one failing. Everything has to be bombs away at all times.

He's too skinny at the moment to run routes in the NFL, the defensive backs can guide him wherever they want him to go.

Didn't mean on the last down. I meant sooner than that.
Agree with this. I like BAs killer mentality most of the time, but in that situation, with the time remaining, you secure the field goal first, then work down the field with whatever time is left.

However, had one of those bombs been caught for a TD I'm sure I'd have loved it and praised the gutsy play calls.

That's on Palmer. You don't throw into triple coverage because the coach calls it.

And I seriously doubt JJ Nelson was the primary target on that play.

That said, he was open when Palmer threw it but he didn't finish the route he threw his hands up asking for a flag and the ball was high.
