I mean why not? We've re established our cushion in the WC race, barring the biggest collapse ever we're still not catching the Dodgers, and we're playing the Padres at home.

It's not that I'm taking them lightly, but the Padres games dont affect the race like it would if we were playing STL or CO.

We're going to the playoffs, so give Goldy all the time he needs. I'd rather he's SUPER FRESH for the end of the year rather than rush him back at 90% or even 95% for the Padres.
