Earl Clark stats against NY today:

In 17 minutes: 1-3 shooting, -16 plus/minus ratio (worst on the whole ORL team), 6 PFs (fouled out in just 17 minutes) and a block.
Hey, maybe Clark and Lopez can add three guys and go on the road .......

Nah, I don't think they could out-think Meadowlark Lemon. And he's about to turn 79. :D

P.S. Yes, I know his last team was Meadowlark Lemon's Harlem All Stars. Either one!

Come on slinslin. First Lopez is better than Gortat. Earl Clark is now a "producer" and JRich wouldn't have made a difference to the Suns even though their biggest hole is SG.

You are on a roll brother. You seriously are a horrible evaluator of talent or you just are really loyal to some terrible players and hate JRich.

I don't know which is true.

No, he's just so enamored of the draft that NOBODY would help the Suns unless they were drafted by us. No trading, no free agent signing, just drafting.

Owned by his own stat !! In slinslin's world the top 8 players in +/- would be on the Suns.

Slinslin is like the BC of draft lovers. He makes a decent point but goes way over the top with a counter-productive obsession.

Yea he thinks you can automatically get better picking players from the draft. Clear example that it doesn't work? LA Clippers. You need to get lucky and we all know how luck works for the Suns.

That's not really it. Slinslin believes (or acts as though he believes) that only three things are important for an NBA player:

athleticism
size
youth

Players in the draft are young, and if you make it your mission to draft someone big and athletic, you can do that. That's why he fancies the draft so much as he does. He still pines for Earl Clark because Clark is long and athletic (so goes the claim) and fairly young. Similarly, every criticism he makes of a player focuses on one of these three areas. Of the young players currently on the Suns, none are long and athletic. That's why he wants to trash the team.

Lol those seem like the same chracteristics Al Davis looks for when he NFL players. Except add speed to the list too.

One thing I've noticed is that for the games that Dudley starts, his stats seem very good? I remember when JRich was traded and Dudley started for like 1 or 2 games and he was scoring over 20pts in each game? If we didn't get Vince Carter (or if he wants to fake an injury and just tank the season), we probably would have had a better record by using Dudley as starter and use Childress as bench.

I don't know why the coach doesn't play Childress more. The highlights seems like the guy likes to run fast breaks and he is a bit like Marion, although I think Marion's defense is a lot better.
