Lovin the upsets today, awesome. There could be a "changing of the gaurd" in the West should LA and SA go down.

And with the Suns out, its great to cheer for Amare, go Knicks! Nice to see them up on the Celtics at the half, let's hope that holds!

Hell no! I HATE the Celtics, but I am still cheering for them against the Knicks.

what a great sunday, spurs and lakers lose. almost perfect if the celtics would have went down.

i dont think NOH can continue to do what they just did today. a wake up call for sure for the lakers.
i was pretty impressed with the grizz today. they fought back and won the game.
i didnt get a chance to watch the knicks/celt game, but looks like allen is still clutch. i believe thats who made the last shot.

Boston wins, 87-85.

I'm trying to suspend my bias...did Garnett trip Toney Douglas on that last Ray Allen shot, or was Douglas just flopping?

Terrible decision making by the Knicks at the end there. They could have won that game. Of course with all the other upsets, I'm sure Stern wanted to make sure at least ONE favorite wasn't behind the eight ball.

Sorry Cheesewater, I missed the ending on TV. I just happened to check ESPN box scores at the exact time the game was ending.

I hate watching Fish and Paul matchup - they basically foul the crap out of each other the entire game. Paul hooks as he dribbles non-stop, and Fisher simply leans on him the entire time and doesn't play defense. It's ugly, and a ref could call a foul on either guy at any time.

Not to pour salt on your wound but I think that's your Laker bias rearing it's ugly head. The refs could probably call Paul for a dozen more fouls a game than they do but Fisher could easily be called for a foul on every defensive possession and about half the time on offense. AND, that's actually an understatement because Derek often times earns multiple fouls on the same possession. There is a reason he is arguably the most disliked non-superstar player in the game.

Derek Fisher is most disliked? I would be surprised if that were true, but I did think it was funny that Fisher complained about being called for a foul when leaned on Paul, from behind, with almost his entire body weight.

I would say Chris Bosh is arguably now the most disliked non-superstar. :)

Well, I did limit it to non-superstar players and clearly I AM correct. I'm correct because I said arguably and here you are, contesting my opinion.:)

man knicks really had a chance of pulling out the last two games to go home with a 2-0 lead, but celtics keeps closing games. thats all the difference right now.

Knicks have leads with 3 minutes left... then can't get a bucket or a stop to save their lives and against an old defensive team. sounds familiar, no?

jeffries...

guy spins the wrong way, tries to pass it off. basically he was a puss and should have gone up strong but did everything the complete opposite of what should have happened.

I was shocked to see he was still in the league this year, then of course the Knicks picked him up, but somehow couldn't use Randolph or Brewer.

That Lakers game last night reminded me of how the Spurs use to handle the Suns in the playoffs. The Hornets jumped out early and were playing a damn good game. Then the Lakers just halted everything.

I honestly think the score stayed 46-51 for about 6-7 minutes during the game. They weren't even playing basketball at one point, it was that dirty "I aint doing nothing wrong" B-ball that stops the other team's momentum.

Sometimes, it is how you have to win in the playoffs though. In a regular season game it wouldn't have gotten that serious, and the teams that are willing to go there are usually the victor.

If the game isn't going their way, they just throw a funky monkey wrench in the whole thing. Chris Paul is only one guy, and he is the only one on the Hornets that can play when the game gets ugly.

I love to see fish cry to the refs when a guy flops. then every time the announcers make fun of fisher for being a hypocrit. it's so fun to watch.

Paul is so tough. When he is knocking down that jumper he cannot be stopped. much like steve nash, but a little more athletic getting to the rim with that speed. The ideal PG when he is knocking down the jumper.
