Dantoni sometimes baffles the hell outta me. He sits Shaq and puts in Diaw. Diaw instantly gives up 4 pts single handedly because he's so horrible on defense.

PUT SKINNER IN INSTEAD!!

The problem is that Skinner is only 6'9" and not much bigger than Diaw (6'8"). He won't be able to defend Milicic any better than Diaw, and Milicic just scored on Amare too. There is no adequate sub for Shaq.
