Harold Goodwin, who coached under Arians as offensive line coach in Indianapolis last year, will be the Cardinals’ offensive coordinator this season, according to multiple reports.
So, if Horton didnt get the job because his lack of OC, then who the hell is this guy?
In 2004, Goodwin earned his professional coaching debut with the Chicago Bears as the team's assistant offensive line coach.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harold_Goodwin_(American_football)#cite_note-3 He joined the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2007, filling a role as quality control coach. This involves a responsibility to help coach the offensive line and assist the offensive coaching staff with game preparation, video analysis and scouting of opponents.

Arians is going to call the offensive plays, Horton would not of.
Bruce arians is the playcaller with an OC staff to help him.
I can't even think straight I'm so pissed off..

not sure why, he is very qualified to do so.

Looks like he could have played and been an upgrade for us last year, in the actual games.Definitely looks like someone who is not afraid to get into the players face. Might be just what we need.

Sounds to me like the OLine will have multiple coaches one of which will be the OC.From Wiki
Pretty much what I'd expect him to do here since BA will be calling the plays. Though I wouldn't mind him as the O-line coach instead.
Harold who?
One of the main problems with a rookie HC is assembling a qualified staff.
His resume' is not impressive.
