Okie Dokie....

Harold Goodwin, who coached under Arians as offensive line coach in Indianapolis last year, will be the Cardinals’ offensive coordinator this season, according to multiple reports.

Is this what he means by multiple coaches for the O-Line?

In 2004, Goodwin earned his professional coaching debut with the Chicago Bears as the team's assistant offensive line coach.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harold_Goodwin_(American_football)#cite_note-3 He joined the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2007, filling a role as quality control coach. This involves a responsibility to help coach the offensive line and assist the offensive coaching staff with game preparation, video analysis and scouting of opponents.

Pretty much what I'd expect him to do here since BA will be calling the plays. Though I wouldn't mind him as the O-line coach instead.

Good that he has Oline experience. We need all the help we can get. Curious to see what kind of blocking scheme they are going to use.

Definitely looks like someone who is not afraid to get into the players face. Might be just what we need.

Harold who?

One of the main problems with a rookie HC is assembling a qualified staff.

His resume' is not impressive.

Sounds to me like the OLine will have multiple coaches one of which will be the OC.

Well most of the big name coaches Arians intended to have on his staff were just fired by the Cardinals.

Does anyone know how well the Colts line performed last year? I have read many posts stating that Luck got hit a lot. Was that from holding the ball a long time or from poor blocking? How was their run game?
