Even if he is back, it is highly unlikely he would play.

Smith went out on or about January 7th so I'm adding 12 days to get those dates. A possible return date of January 22 is more likely.

NBA protocols require a player to be away from the team for a minimum of 10 days. Then 2 days are required for individual workouts and cardiac testing.

Mostly I'm trying to project the earliest possible return date.

Yeah, what a mess and the Suns are feeling the aftereffects.

I'm not sure anyone from the Suns has tested positive from the incident. Of course we probably won't have an idea until the next game.

My immediate family is fine but things have been better. I will be so happy when the vaccine becomes available for everyone.

Yeah politics and this pandemic has put a strain on my relationship with my sister, brother, nieces and nephews. Seems like my family is falling apart that don't live with me and my dad. My family (not including my dad) that I mentioned weren't the nicest people to begin with.

Hopefully it will work out in time. The pandemic has been a strain on everyone. It's just been so hard.

well, that explains it. the Suns got wind that the Wiz had the rona and didn't want to man-up on defense

And, of course, two more games have been postponed, that's three in a row so far.

The next scheduled Suns game is Monday -- MLK Day -- at 3 PM Phoenix time,
with following games scheduled for Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
