I came to post the exact same thing. At least they showed up for the hometown crowd to cheer em on and it's working. Looks like they'll prevent the sweep, which is far more than the suns can say at this point.

Laker fans want a title. Most of them don't think they can beat the Celtics, therefore yes, they want them out of there.

How ironic - Amare and Nash will be home watching JJ as the Suns become the first team to fall out of the playoffs. There's no doubt that the Celtics will win this series but we can at least say that they didn't sweep us...

Two, I'd love to see the Celtics not even make the finals with all their "best team" crap. Egg on their faces would be sweet. Also makes the chances of the Lakers winning a title jump a bit.

I wonder how many Suns coaches saw that game last night and said, "wow, how bad does this win make us look? We were supposed to have one of the top teams in the league and can't get a single win while the Hawks were supposed to be the worst playoff team in history and they get a win against the best team in the league."

I absolutely, no doubt want the Celtics in the final. If they beat us, fine, they deserve it, I'm not afraid to lose to the Celtics, but I think we can beat them.

I'm an odd one though as far as Laker fans go, I don't hate the Celtics at all. I actually root for them during the year. I want them to be good because I want that rivalry back, and I want it to mean something. Nothing would be better, NOTHING would be better.. then beating the Celtics in the finals. That's a perfect year, and I want that chance. If we lose, then we lose, but I want that shot.

I think the Celtics are the best team in the NBA and don't see anybody stopping them. Detroit was my pick to come out ot the east at the begenning of the season but they've looked old and very ordinary.

As much as I'd hate to see it, the Spurs might be the team that wins the west.

I've only watched the highlights of this series so far, and today I'm finally watching a full game (or as much as I can), and I must say I'm liking the Hawks. I wish they hadn't made the playoffs obviously, but watching them right now i like what I see from them.

I know the C's have had a great season, but I just can't root for them at all. I would go as far as saying I dislike them. I felt that way when the Suns beat them in Phx, and it's still the same feeling today. I don't really know what it is about them, but they seem like a bunch of fake tough guys out there. That elbow KG threw out there in the 1st was cheap and it just adds to my dislike of how they carry themselves.

Looks like the Suns aren't the only playoff team that likes meltdowns. The Celtics have made 1/10 field goals in the 4th and scored only 4 points. The Hawks have made 6/10 field goals in the 4th and scored 19 points.
