On Friday the Suns (4-21) finish back-to-back games against the Heat in Phoenix. The Suns lost to the Trail Blazers on Thursday 108-86.

The Heat (9-14) last played Tuesday in a 105-90 loss to the Magic at home. They will be a rested team as they start a six game road trip.

The game is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. Arizona time. It will be televised on FSAZ.

I wonder if the Suns will get off to another slow start against the Heat.

Here is Charles Barkley on the Suns trailing the Trail Blazers late in the first quarter 34-7.

“Charles Barkley and Dan Majerle are rolling over in his grave,” Barkley said. “Kevin Johnson. Oliver Miller. Cedric Ceballos. Come on man. Seven points? Come on. You’re in the NBA. Everybody got NBA players, man.”

A game update from Duane Rankin.

It looks like Dragic may play.

King and Evans are active tonight. I especially want to see Evans.

Dragic would absolutely come back. His beef was with McD. McD is gone. He is good friends with the owner and the coach.

I've gotten upset with Dragic but in my eyes he will always be a Sun.

It's no coincidence that it's against a weak team that is missing a critical player. If they can hang onto their confidence maybe we can avoid a blowout. And if Ayton goes to work, who knows?

The Suns are missing some critical players as well.

For a moment Olynyk reminded me of Scola. I guess it's the hair.

Of course they are, I wasn't trying to denigrate the Suns performance so far. I was just continuing a conversation many of us have had here recently. It's tough to play your best when you don't believe you have any chance at all to win. Tonight, we're playing with intensity and I believe it's because of the perceived vulnerability of our opponent.

It looks like Daniels has earned more playing time.

This might be true but I believe an opponent puts their pants on one leg at a time.
