Virginia has been awful in every aspect of this contest. Other than winning the individual challenges.

She's proven every week that she can't handle herself on the line. Which is where he's based every one of his decisions on until last week when he sent K-Greasy home.

That guy was solid. His only issue was not acting like Chef Ramsay when he was working the hotplate.

I also think Heather will blow Virginia away. But it's tough cause Heather really irritates me.

I hope Virginia gets Giacomo and the sweaty guy on her squad Monday.

I really don't like Virginia as she is a horrible line cook. However she won't be cooking on the line in the next episode. If she can come up with a decent menu that is easy to cook, she could definitely win.

Btw, I think Keith was jobbed. Yelling out orders is something that would just take a bit of practice. Saying that Keith was "just not ready to be a leader" was a big copout when Virginia has screwed up in the kitchen so often.

Well, looks like Heather is the big winner. Virginia seems to be a great chef, but a total scatterbrain when it comes to leadership. I can't believe she said she picked her team because they were viewed as "weak." Talk about building up employee morale, lol. Maybe she has a future in middle management.

WAS. the girl that got sent home last night runs Aunt Chilada's Dreamy Draw location. She sucked so I am glad she is gone and they didn't make any remarks of her being from AZ.

Brad is the other person and he seems like he knows his stuff. I thought he did well last night. I love this show and can't believe some of the people they brought on it this year.

Yeah, that was cold as ice. However, I would do the same if I were ever on one of the shows. I am there to win not make friends. She couldn't even cook eggs and the Waffle House comment was pretty harsh that she made, so I thought she deserved to go.

I really thought she was gonna put both of the black girls on the chopping block and thought, "Wow, this is gonna get really ugly". I like this Julia girl though, she doesn't take any crap from anyone. Wish she didn't start crying though.

The big oriental cowboy needs to go though. If you can't hack it on the first day of the show how can he begin to think he can run a restaurant.
