Brad Miller is back in the kitchen.
The Scottsdale resident will reappear on Fox reality TV show
Hell's Kitchen for the next two episodes of the show, which airs Mondays.
And on Wednesday, he began working again as a sous chef at The Latilla, the organic restaurant in Scottsdale's Boulders Resort and Golden Door Spa.

Miller was a contestant on the show, competing for the head chef position at a fine new Italian restaurant at the Green Valley Ranch Resort and Spa in Las Vegas. Scottish celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, host of the show, sent Miller home during the July 16 episode.
Selected members who were previously eliminated will return to cook on the show to help the two final contestants, Bonnie and Rock.
"I knew I was coming back, but I wasn't allowed to tell anybody," Miller said. "When they showed the previews, my phone just started ringing and I was answering all these calls. I told them you had to keep watching."
Miller has continued his weekly viewing parties in Scottsdale since his elimination, but he expects the one on Monday to be big.
"Now that I'm back on the show, the viewing parties are going to be really big. It's been really fun, really cool, going out and watching it," Miller said.
During the final episode on Aug. 13, Miller said he has considered conducting an auction at the viewing party.
"It's going to be fun. It's an auction to for me to cook, not go on a date or anything," Miller said. "It's if you want me to come cook at your house or at a dinner party."
Miller said people still approach him about the show, but he welcomes the questions.
"Not a lot of people know someone on reality TV so they ask questions. I don't really mind everybody coming to talk to me. It's exciting," Miller said.
The viewing party starts at 7 p.m. Monday at the Sandbar Mexican Grill, 10050 N. Scottsdale Road. A rerun of last week's show starts at 8 p.m. Monday. The new episode starts at 9 p.m.
