As long as you get a parking pass youll be in the stadium lot and can tailgate at your parking spot or take a stroll over to the great lawn west of the stadium.

Thanks for your husband's service. Lot F is a great lot for tailgating, its all grass, has real bathrooms, no need to take your gear back and forth to the Great Lawn. We wont be tailgating until the games in Oct, but you're welcome to join us at that time.

All depends on what color lot your parking pass is for if you even have one. Orange or F lot is the best IMO.

Tailgating is excessively overrated.

Hot, sweaty, loud drunk people, ugly parking lot, kind of boring. Bleh food. If you do have a TV, odds are it'll be some small/portable thing. Or youll be listening to a radio.

Have fun.

Buy a parking pass online -

Orange Lot is the most valuable as you are on the great lawn - which is in front of the stadium with the people who have had their season tickets the longest....they are also the people who have pop ups everywhere with TV's couches BBQ's and everything else you could imagine.

It will be hot in Sept.

If you can bear the heat go there....if not

buy a BLUE parking pass and walk to westgate and eat/drink in a restaurant....there are many to choose from (sports bars up to nice/fancy restaurants)...there are many things to do there and it's close to the venue.
Many who are not tailgating will go to westgate.

Either pass buy online early and save $
parking passes at the stadium are $20 and you MUST make sure you park by Gorden Birche Brewery...do not go to the main entrance or you'll be sent away.

advise looking into the parking pass and read the back of it so you know where you are going.....

Last and by far the most important...show up at least 3 hours early.....much later than that and you are not going to sit down at the bar and you'll have a heck of a time parking or getting any service. We laugh at the people trying to get in 1hr before the game as they are still in their cars in long lines just waiting...and they still have to park and get through security lines at the stadium.....meaning...they will not make it to see kick-off
Also - leave the bar or wherever you are 1 hr before kickoff to get inside. The stadium is SOLD OUT which means LONG security lines....and everyone waits till the last minute to get in. If you wait till 30 min before the game starts to get into line.....you are not seeing kick-off.

There are 65,000 people headed to 1 spot - plan ahead and you'll do well....wait and you will fail

We are in section 125. What row are you in?

There are a bunch of guys that sell parking passes as you are driving toward the stadium. And you can always post a thread on here to see if anyone has any extras. (It happens sometimes.)

And tailgating rocks with the right crowd. We are in Lot E. We play games, watch the early football games and just have a fun time. :) You guys are welcome to join us!

My fiancee and I prefer to hit Yard House or another sports bar near Westgate (BWW or Native, usually) vs. tailgating - though we really don't have a crew to tailgate with. Though with the wedding looming, it'll probably be a tasty homemade salad before the games this year. :-\

Lot F is great ! October is still pretty warm, but in Lot F you are on grass. Parking passes for Lot F run about $25 from the scalpers all along Camleback.

Yeah I doubt I will give up my F pass for any of the more "premium" spots even though I could easily get an Orange at this point from the ticket office. Parking on GRASS and the enormous surface temperature difference in the early part of the season are absolutely worth the extra walk to me.
