We will be visiting in the Phoenix area the first week in Sept and have tickets to the 3 Cardinal/Diamondbacks games. Need information on parking? Best place plus cost.

Thanks

There are several options.

There are several parking garages adjacent to the ballpark. The cost is $5-$10 to park (I don't know the rhyme or reason for the price changes), but you are literally across the street from Chase Field, which is nice.

You can also park downtown. In Phoenix, metered parking is free after 5pm on weekdays and on weekends, as long as the meter isn't covered. (A covered meter means no parking anytime and the city does this when big events are in town)

There are plenty of metered parking spots on Washington, Jefferson, and Jackson Streets between 7th Street and Central Avenue, as well as several private lots that have pay parking for games (these tend to be more expensive).

There is alot of light rail construction going on downtown, so it is a little hard to navigate, but I suspect most of that will be completed by the time you come to town.
