I'm not one to ever whine about calls/no calls because it's lame,

I agree. And on this board when people do it, they usually get some immediate blow-back. For example, the no call in the Tennessee game, when that was brought up, a chorus of posters shut it down in short order. In the Packers fans case, they were misled by their own coach's arrogance, by every pundit in the land, and by Whisenhunts genious deception to believe the Cardinals wouldn't make it out the first quarter. You can't expect many of them to accept the loss with grace. Nevertheless, whining and excuse making is for losers. It always will be. If there were a rule book for how to be a bonafide NFL fan, Rule No. 1 would be, No excuses when your team loses. Ever. To paraphrase Bill Parcells "you are who you are" To paraphrase Michael in the Deer Hunter, "this is this Stanley, its not something else"

no way the refs "gave" the cards this game. I think they earned it by building a 31-10 lead that green bay just could not overcome. but there were undoubtably some inconsistent calls that GB can certainly complain about. none bigger than the fitzgerald TD that should have yielded two fouls on the cards, but GB got hit with a roughing the passer that was very similiar to the last play that went uncalled. neutral perspective here.
