If Emmitt's "washed up" for getting 975 yards on a 3.8 ypc average and 5 TD's behind a Horrible line with no QB in his 13th year....

What exactly then does that make Duce Staley for getting 1,029 yards on a 3.8 ypc average and 5 TD's, in his prime, behind Philly's line with Donovan McNugget at the helm?

I'd say that makes Staley an overpaid, complaining pile of crap, but that's just me.

Staley has always been WAY OVERRATED in my book! The guy has no reason to hold out and is only hurting his career!

Me too!

I'm so glad we drafted Buckhalter with our 13th round pick last year (keeper FF league) and stashed him on IR all season. We got ripped for doing it and now we look brilliant!

Keep holding out Duce! You da' man!!!

Being from Trenton I have seen Staley play on many occasions. Staley has been hurt, then had to share time, and has had a bumpy road for the last 3 years.
I can not really vouch for the guy right now. But when he is healthy the man can run the football. He is very similar to Marcell Shipp but he is faster, and quicker.
But don't get me wrong he HAS NOT produced enough to be an elite back in the NFL.

even before he was drafted (in the fourth round, i believe) i always thought duce was overrated. he has average to below average speed, adequate wiggle, average power, and he IS a good receiver. that's it. in fact, i think i like larry centers in his prime WAY more than duce.

Actually it's "chrysanthemum". :)

And the report I heard is that he is reporting so that Philly can trade him. Possibly to Chicago.
