How I Met Your Mother (CBS)

Is anyone watching this show? I've been hooked since last season. Maybe it just matches my sense of humor, but I think it's hilarious! Neil Patrick Harris' character (Barney) is awesome. It's on Mondays at 7:00 now--I know MNF, but if you have Tivo, I would recommend recording & watching--maybe rent the first season first if it's out?

Anyway, just thought I'd throw it out there...

My wife and I just discovered this show. It's flippin fantastic.

Barney is indeed awesome. My 17 year-old son has been binge watching this show pretty hard. He decided to change his entire wardrobe his senior year because of Barney. I think I should be worried.

He asked me the other day if women are really this stupid.

So we finished the first DVD of season 1 last night. There are moments in this show where it is brilliant, then others where it is kinda cheesey. But overall, I totally dig it. I'm looking forward to watching some more tonight.

Barney is freaking amazing. Love that character.

I love reading through these old threads. We're about 4 season in now. Great show. I'm on post #140 of this thread and look forward to finishing the thread as I finish the show.

We finished it last night and I finished reading this thread this morning. I knew folks here would hate it. It seems like nobody likes endings of great tv shows.

Everyone glossed over the ending for Barney. I thought that was perfect.

I almost want to rewatch the series to confirm all the flashbacks/flashforwards that Ted mentioned during the series.
