Part of my point is with 14+ million under the cap, there won't be any high quality, let alone impact players, to sign. I would like Freeman to sign here. Other than that, seems there won't be much else.

I think his point was that Graves has been talking about June 1 talent since december, and there clearly is none.

It's Graves fault there's no June 1 talent?

Let's blame the stock market decline....national budget deficit....and the excess midwest spring rains on him as well....I'm sure he had something to do with it.

No, it's his fault that he was counting on it as a means of adding to the roster when there was no way he could be sure anyone decent would be available.

This really isn't hard. I'm not going to go over Logic 101 with you.

no but it's his fault that he may have mis-judged the market, like on Boston.

No but it his falut that he publicly said that we would make a big splash come June 1st and it is his fault for not reading trends around the league which leave June 1st cuts a non-event. His judgement as to what would be available and counting on that is his fault.

Someone worthwhile might still get cut, it's only the first day. I don't think there's any reason to panic.

Oh come on, you know the Democrats have nothing to do with the weather in the midwest - they only control the weather on the coasts.

Like I said, let's all calm down, who cares about June 1.

We all could have told Rod Graves months ago that he was loony to expect any "gems" from this crop.

I don't care what Graves says, he was expecting Muhammad to get cut. That was unwise to expect, apparently.

It really isn't hard to be negative and if you tried to go over your version of Logic 101 with me I'd tell ya to stick it up your arse.

Have a nice day.
