6? I think it's more like 66 peeps need drug testing. Seriously, where do you guys find more than 4 wins on this schedule.

I don't think you are factoring the obligatory upset or two that will do nothing but push us further down the draft board.

It's the obligatory upset or two that has me thinking we might actually win a game or two this season. We have a tough stretch to start the season and even if we are a slightly better team than the 2012 version we have a better than fair chance of starting off 0 - 9. If that happens, we could well be underdogs in every game this year. I may change my tune after week one if our big play D or our big play O comes to fruition but I won't believe in it until I see it happen.

I got nothing, but I ain't gonna get caught like Pete Rose did!

I bet them to win every game.

I hope you wager with mushrooms or dandelions unless of course you have lots of extra money. And if you do have lots of extra money, betting on the Cards will solve that little problem for you.

lol there was a period in the 1990's where the Cardinals would be like 11-5 or 10-6 vs the spread every year but finish 5-11 vs the scoreboard.

2003...you couldn't miss when betting against them on the road, no matter how ridiculous the spread.

How about 2000 when they were losing games by 20-30 points? I made a killing betting against them. Of course I was using the Cheesebeef logic of always betting against the Cards. If they won I was happy, if they lost I was happy, if they lost but beat the spread I was sad but that didn't happen very often back then.

I voted for 8, but am guessing somewhere between 6-8 wins. If it is less than 7-8 wins than part of me hopes for a complete tank job and draft Bridgewater, but were never bad enough for the 1st pick so we shall see.

I'll take Tajh Boyd anyday of the week, when we don't suck bad enough ;)

A solid 6. Maybe more if we can pull an upset or 2. Problem is, it's going to take a few weeks for the team to gel. A lot of new parts so if we lose Sunday I wouldn't be surprised. My hope is the team is competitive. No 58-0 shellackings.

Thanks Totally__Red for the poll , it gives me good insight as to how many are under-estimating Head Coach Bruce Arians .

Funny how fans look at things differently. I think many are overestimating Coach Arians.

I have no opinion about Arians. I'm in wait and see mode with him and will be a for a few years. But, when you add up the debacle of last year, the disappointing play of this preseason, the 4 game suspension of our best player, the loss of our innovative Defensive Coordinator, the loss of our best reason to hope for OL improvement, not to mention our schedule, this looks like a team destined for failure. You see it differently, fine, but it's way too early to declare us wrong as you have done. We're all at the WAG stage of this season.

I think the Lions maul us, it will be a game we will instantly want to put out of our minds. I think they do that even if it turns out we are a far better team than last year rather than the (very) slightly improved version I expect. I think we have a chance at home against Carolina, Indy and St Louis. I think we also have a chance on the road against Tampa Bay, Jacksonville, Philadelphia and Tennessee. I don't think we'll be favored in a single one of those seven games though.

Clever choice of words. I think their HC is the problem as he let's the inmates run the asylum. Maybe he's improved his style, if so they do have some very talented players and could make a run at the playoffs this year.

Hope we aren't favored in any games this year, BA needs a battle cry/rallying point for that extra pinch of attitude most teams need to lift their game.

If the above is true, it says a lot about how stupid/clueless most of our players are. We're the Cardinals, one of the worst franchises in sports who finished the year 1-11 last season. If they need to be underdogs in order to give them a little more attitude, they're already dead, IMO.
